My salesperson, Dave was fantastic. I really love my car. My issue is with the finance department. I was told that they would email my paperwork; then I was called back into the dealership to sign a paper that was missed, and I was told they'd email it to me. I haven't received it. I just called and I can't get in contact with my finance guy and his voice mail is full. This snafu marred an otherwise great experience.
No issues. I bought the 5 oil change package for my Titan. The rep addressed my concern about a bolt in the skid plate that the tech stripped out on my very first service.

So with an appointment I had to wait for over 2 hours for an oil change. This is unacceptable to me. My time is limited and valuable.

I recently brought my car in and was really impressed. The service department was clean, professional, and genuinely nice to deal with. They worked smoothly with my insurance, which made the whole process a lot less stressful.
What really stood out was how kind they were— they programmed a new car key for me at no charge. That was a huge help and something I didn’t expect.
As an added bonus, they had a food truck on-site serving free food while I waited. It made the visit feel a lot more pleasant.

Fabian Perez is the most professional individual I have worked with and honestly wouldn't want to work with anyone else besides him. He goes above and beyond for his customers and thoroughly walks you through the process. I was always kept in the loop and up to date on what was going on with my vehicle. I appreciate all the help he has given and would definitely recommend to anyone. 10/10 experience each time.

Took the van for a gas tank recall. The tank in order to perform the job needed to be less than half. I took it in with less than 8 miles.on my way home I decided to fill the tank and the gas spilled on the floor. I called the service dept. and I was instructed to return so that they can clip the fuel line to the hose. Came in a couple weeks ago after making a deal with a sales over the phone. Flew in from up north just to be hit with mark up after mark up. Finally had to throw the towel in and just fly back home empty handed.
