Took the van for a gas tank recall. The tank in order to perform the job needed to be less than half. I took it in with less than 8 miles.on my way home I decided to fill the tank and the gas spilled on the floor. I called the service dept. and I was instructed to return so that they can clip the fuel line to the hose. Came in a couple weeks ago after making a deal with a sales over the phone. Flew in from up north just to be hit with mark up after mark up. Finally had to throw the towel in and just fly back home empty handed.

Normally, I get great service from Findlay Nissan, but my last visit fell short. I want to emphasize that my service advisor did everything she could to help. The issue was a lack of communication between the shop and the advisor. The technicians failed to inform her that they were out of transmission fluid, requiring someone to be sent out for two additional quarts. As a result, a simple service took four hours. I have no issues with the service department. They are all helpful, professional and friendly. But my favorite person to deal with is Christy. She’s awesome! She takes the time to explain the breakdown of what’s critical and considers the customer’s finances.

The service was fine, but extremely long. I understand that I was a walk-in, but since I was told that it would take extremely long, it would have been nice to be offered a rental until the service was completed. Instead, the representative informed me to contact an Uber. Anyway, the vehicle drives well and that’s what is important.

Very good experience working with the service department but our extended warranty took sometime to get approved. My only issue was with the time it took to get approved but I am also happy with our extended warranty with Nissan.

Awesome experience. I finally got my 2026 Nissan Sentra SV. Very cool car love it. It has everything that I want wireless Apple CarPlay and SiriusXM radio. This is a follow up to a negative review I placed on May 4. I purchased a 2020 Chevy Colorado diesel from Findlay through Facebook marketplace from Phoenix, It was a truck we had been looking for with a diesel engine which was discontinued in 2022. Didn't expect a huge bill till I paid thought it was under my extended plan??
The service it self was fine. But $225 just for replacing an engine filter and cabin air filter seems to be a bit much.
