The service it self was fine. But $225 just for replacing an engine filter and cabin air filter seems to be a bit much.

When I arrived at Findlay Nissan, Christy greeted me right away. I'm from Arizona and was traveling back from Washington State attending my father's funeral. So, it was a very warm greeting. My maintenance and tire light sensor lit up. It was very pleasant to have a very warm greeting. She explained why I needed to keep up with my maintenance on my Nissan Altima. It was not cheap, but I love my Altima and wants it running for a long time.
I scheduled an appointment online and the assigned me to an advisor who was on Vacation, Alan assisted with our concerns and had out car inspected, he actively listened to our concern, which we appreciated soo much.

I don't know who Brandon Mullen is but Oscar Perez was very helpful when I asked questions about my car. They have nice places to sit, refreshments and food for long waits. I did not like being prodded to buy a new car by the salespeople nearby but they got the message and stopped so that's good.

The price I was given was not the price I am paying. I was not told any financial information when signing with finance and never received any copy of my documents like I was told they would be emailed. I have been back several times to speak to David who didn't have a business card and is continently never there!! I am still waiting for someone to fix this issue or reach out to me!!!!

I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled service appointment on a Wednesday and it took until Saturday for it to be repaired. Contact was limited I waited to long for updates. I've never waited so long for a service repair.
